Matt Roberts was born in London, Kentucky but was raised in Horse Cave and considers Hart County his home.  He graduated from Caverna High School in 1998. Upon graduating from Caverna High in 1998, Mr. Roberts attended Belmont University located in Nashville, Tennessee.  He attained his Bachelors Degree in Political Science in 2002. Immediately following college, Mr. Roberts attended and graduated from the Appalachian School of Law in 2005. Before opening his own law firm, Mr. Roberts worked as a public defender and an insurance defense attorney. In addition, he was a partner at the Law Office of Goodman and Roberts until his partner, Jon Goodman, passed away. 

 

  

Mr. Roberts was a four year letterman on the Belmont University basketball team.  In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, watching Kentucky Wildcat sports, and hanging out with his English Bulldog, Oscar.

  

 

Even though he may be located in a small town, Mr. Roberts can handle the big city problems. With his ability to be mobile and the willingness to be accessible, Mr. Roberts is passionate about representing the individuals in South Central Kentucky. Matthew T. Roberts, Attorney at Law concentrates his practice on automobile accidents, personal injury, Estate Planning(Medicaid Asset Protection), Wills & Probate, Criminal Matters, and General Civil Practice.
